Fire and evacuation drill

Every year, the entire crew of Marina Greenwich conducts a fire and casualty evacuation drill. This year’s course was attended by all charter boat operators and boat repair companies. The aim is for everyone to be aware of the protocols for action in the marina and to know how to collaborate in order to minimise risks. Beforehand, a meeting was held with all charter operators to explain and inform them about the different procedures for embarking and disembarking people, in order to ensure the correct entry and exit of ships. Afterwards, an aperitif was served in the Club Náutico Restaurant.

Canine simulacrum

At the beginning of February, a conference on police intervention in the field of drugs and canine units was organised by the local police of Altea. Marina Greenwich collaborated by providing some boats to carry out a simulation of a search and intervention of drugs by the various canines. Around 150 agents from different law enforcement agencies from all over the country took part in the simulation.
