NUEVOS AIRES EN LA COCINA

Tras muchos meses de restricciones, el restaurante
Club Náutico reabre sus puertas y lo hace con una
gran novedad, contando con el chef Alberto Durá
como nuevo fichaje al mando de los fogones.
El alicantino ha dejado las riendas de Angle, el
famoso restaurante de Jordi Cruz poseedor de dos
estrellas Michelin, para centrarse en esta nueva
etapa en Marina Greenwich. De manera que, esta
temporada, será todo un honor poder degustar los
platos del joven chef que asegura que
“ya desde bien pequeño quería ser cocinero”.
Y lo ha logrado con creces.

After many months of restrictions, the Club Náutico
restaurant reopens its doors with a great novelty:
introducing chef Alberto Durá as the man in charge
of its kitchen. The Alicante-born has left the reins of
Angle, Jordi Cruz's famous restaurant
with two Michelin stars, to focus on this new
challenge in Marina Greenwich. So, this season, it
will be an honour to be able to taste the dishes of the
young chef who assures that
"from a very young age I knew I wanted to be a cook."
And he has more than succeeded on it.
